Isaiah Banks, 30, and Bryan Jackson, 42, were charged following an investigation that prosecutors say uncovered a conspiracy to obtain, exchange, and solicit sexually explicit content involving children, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.

The names of the three people killed in a Maryland plane crash over the weekend have been identified.
Yoav Bomrind, 26, of Israel, was identified as the pilot, according to Maryland State Police. The two passengers were David Rabinovitz, 19, of Israel, and Elad Neidik, 20, of Canada. All three were pronounced dead at the scene Sunday, June 21.
