Cold Front Will Trigger New Storm System: Here's When
A pleasant start to the week is about to take a stormier turn.
Mostly sunny skies and comfortable conditions are expected across much of the Northeast on Tuesday, June 16, according to the National Weather Service.
Unsettled weather will begin to return on Wednesday, June 17, as humidity increases. Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will be possible, especially farther west, the National Weather Service said.
The shift will affect New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

New Round Of Showers, Thunderstorms Will End Stretch Of Sunny, Dry Days
A new round of showers and thunderstorms will return to the area following a stretch of sunny and pleasant days.
Before the precipitation arrives, we will have one more dry day on Monday, June 24, which will be mostly sunny, with a high in the low 80s. (See second image above for projected high temps from throughout the region.) Winds will be calm and out of the southwest at around 6 miles per hour.
