A man was taken into custody after allegedly threatening to shoot people inside his Doylestown home, prompting a shelter-in-place order, authorities announced on Monday, April 7.
Andrew Joshua Webster, 56, of Doylestown, was arrested following the incident on Broadale Road around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, according to Central Bucks Regional Police.
