A masked gunman robbed a man outside a Bergen County business over the summer before fleeing in a car displaying a bogus temporary New Jersey registration tag, authorities said.
The victim had arrived at a business on Lanza Avenue around 6:51 a.m. Monday, June 22, and was getting out of his car when the armed suspect approached, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

A Pennsylvania man admitted strangling his wife’s fiancée in his van and burying her body along a creek nearly seven years ago, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Monday, Sept. 28.
David Allen Snyder, 39, of Hanover, is charged with first-degree murder and strangulation in the death of 38-year-old Kimberley Gsell, court records show.
Gsell was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2019, at the Rodeway Inn at 1239 Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township, according to the affidavit.

Prosecutors are reopening a criminal investigation into members of a Cornell University fraternity accused of a gang rape, according to reports.
The Tompkins County District Attorney's Office told ABC News on Monday, Sept. 28, that it plans to present the case to a grand jury. Cops Shoot Dog During Attack On NJ Family, Prosecutor Says
Three family members were hospitalized after being attacked by their dog in Central Jersey, authorities said.
Sayreville police received a 911 distress call at 7:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, from a man who said his girlfriend, mother, and stepfather were being attacked by the dog, Middlesex County Prosecutor Linda Estremera said.
Officers arriving at the scene shot the dog to stop the attack, Estremera said.
